1. Wash the straw mushroom, cut into half, put into a pot with boiling water and cook for about 1 or 2 minutes, then remove and drain well.
2. Rinse the beef, cut into slices and marinate with soy sauce, salt, cooking wine for about 10 minutes. Heat up a wok with oil and stir-fry the beef until it nearly cooked.
