Gorgon fruit tremella soup

This is another tremella soup, but a simple yet very tasty one. Take a look at the simple tremella soup recipe  below, try to cook this traditional chinese dessert.


Primary ingredients:

Gorgon fruit

100gm Gorgon fruit,

tremella

30gm tremella,

Red jujube

20gm Red jujube,








Seasonings:

rock sugar

30gm rock sugar.

Directions:
1. Soak the dried tremella into the water until it turns soft, then clean up and tear into small pieces. Wash the  red jujube and Gorgon fruit, soak into warm water for about 20 minutes.

2.  Put the tremella into a pot with enough water, bring to boil, add the red jujube and gorgon fruit, stew over  low heat for about 30 minutes, at the end flavor with sugar. Serve immediately.
