Fried Pork in Scoop

Fried Pork in Scoop is one of the famous traditional dishes in northeast of China. Follow the directions below, try to cook this delicious chinese food in home.


Primary ingredients:

pork

200gm pork,

carrots

1 carrots,

parsley

10gm parsley.








Seasonings:

salt

1/4 tsp salt.

100gm starch.

soy sauce

2 tsp soy sauce,

1 tsp sugar.

rice vinegar

2 tsp rice vinegar,

ginger

10gm ginger.








Directions:
1. Rinse the pork, cut into slices about 2-3 mm thick. Wash the onion, ginger, parsley, carrots and cut well. Combine the starch, water, and little egg white into a bowl and stir until turn paste.

2. Heat up a wok with vegetable oil, add the pork that covered with paste into the wok and deep-frying until they turn slightly brown golden. Then remove and drain well. After they turn cool, deep-frying again until they entirely turn brown golden.

3. Remain little oil in the wok, heat up again, stir-fry the onion, ginger, parsley and carrots until fragrant. Add the fried pork, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar and salt into the wok and stir well. Dish out and serve immediately.
