dry-fried french beans with minced pork

This is a popular and delicious string bean recipe served in Chinese’s restaurants, follow the directions below, try to cook this wonderful Chiene food at home.

Primary ingredients:

french beans

200gm french beans.

minced pork

100gm minced pork.








Seasonings:

Vegetable oil

2 tbsp Vegetable oil,

salt

1/4 tsp salt.

garlic

20gm slices. garlic,

dried red pepper

5gm dried red pepper,

soy sauce

2 tsp soy sauce,

cooking wine

1 tsp cooking wine.








Directions:
1. Wash the French beans and cut into sections about 5-6 cm long. dry them by using a paper towel. Heat up fry pot with vegetable oil, add the French beans and deep-fry until their surface turns slightly white. Then remove and drain well.

2. Heat up a wok with little oil and stir-fry the garlic and dried pepper until fragrant. Add the minced pork and stir-fry for a while.

3. Add the French beans, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar into the wok and stir-fry well, dish out and serve immediately.
