1 blunt-snout bream.

Seasonings:

Vegetable oil

2 tsp Vegetable oil,

green onion

10gm green onion,

garlic

10gm garlic,

cooking wine

2 tsp cooking wine,

salt

1/4 tsp salt.

soy sauce

2 tsp soy sauce,








Directions:
1. Clean up the fresh blunt-snout bream, make some cuts in both sides, then marinate with salt, cooking wine for about 10 minutes.
